 s> The element <s>displays text with a line through it; use the element <s>to represent text that is no longer relevant or accurate; but the element <s>is not suitable for indicating changes made to the document; for those changes, use <del>and <ins>.

<samp> The purpose of an element <samp>is to display part of the output of a computer program, and the content of this element is usually displayed in a fixed-width font (monospace).

<small> The element <small>reduces the font size by one notch (e.g. from largeto medium, or from smallto x-small) to the lowest font size available in the browser.

This element has organizational significance in HTML5 as it represents side comments or text that is normally printed in small print such as a copyright or legal text, and this organizational use is separate from the way the element is displayed
